Shipping policy

I always give the lowest shipping quote. Prices are based on the weight of your item(s) and your location.

Once your order is dropped with the carrier, it’s out of my hands. the.dee.que is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.

a few things to know:

-Orders ship within 2–4 business days.

-USPS or UPS are my go-to carriers.

-Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—I can’t fix delivery issues if the address is wrong.

-To keep things sustainable, I upcycle packing materials whenever possible (packing paper, newspaper, boxes, etc.)

local pick up:
If you’re nearby, you can choose “Pick Up” at checkout. Just leave your email so I can reach out to arrange a time.

All items must be paid in full before pick up—no COD, sorry!
